Prechtl GMA Refresher Course
Build on your Advanced B training through updated teaching, discussion of recent research and detailed video analysis. This course offers an opportunity to refine your observational and scoring skills, discuss challenging cases and explore how emerging evidence informs clinical assessment and interpretation.

Who Should Attend?
Clinicians and researchers from any discipline who meet the Advanced B eligibility criteria. A certificate of attendance will be issued to participants who complete the full course. The final reliability exercise is formative and does not constitute GMA recertification.
Course Details
Thursday 8th April 2027 & Friday 9th April 2027 (09:00–17:00)
Full attendance on both days is required.
Sessions combine individual scoring, video assessment and tutor-led discussion. Eligibility Participants must have completed advanced B GMA certification, including MOS-R and GMOS-R training, obtained within the last five years. Advanced A certification (where scoring was not taught) alone does not meet the entry requirements to attend this refresher.
