Parathyroid Course – Surgical Management in Adults & Children

This is a one-day UCLH Parathyroid Course taking place on 13th May 2026.

Learning Objectives 

Apply evidence-based principles to the surgical management of primary and recurrent parathyroid disease. 

Implement safe techniques for parathyroid identification, preservation, and autotransplantation 

Integrate multidisciplinary decision-making in borderline/complex cases

Abstracts

Abstract submissions are welcome and will be presented on TV screens in the centre throughout the day. All abstracts should be 250 words or less and written in English. Please email all abstracts to uclh.educationevents@nhs.net - the submission deadline 6th May 2026. Scoring will take place on the day and the winners will present at the event. A prize will be given to the top winner.
