Advances in Molecular and Clinical Diagnosis for Haematological Malignancies
A two-day event (offering both in-person and virtual attendance options) exploring the latest advances in haematological malignancies. This second edition brings together leading experts from across Europe and the USA to discuss cutting-edge developments in blood cancer diagnostics, care and research. The programme features sessions on gray zone lymphomas, B-cell and T-cell lymphoma classification challenges, myeloid leukaemia diagnostics, clinical therapeutics, and innovative technologies including spatial transcriptomics and multiplex techniques. This unique forum is open to haematopathologists, clinical haematologists, CNS nurses, researchers and laypeople.

Join us for the second edition of this two day event, dedicated to advancing the understanding of haematological malignancies.
Day 1
Educational Workshop Session on Roche Kappa/Lambda Dual mRNA ISH
Date: Thursday 23rd April 2026
Venue: The Nightingale Room, The Royal Society of Medicine, 1 Wimpole St, London W1G 0AE
This workshop session introduces a sensitive duplex in situ hybridization assay for kappa and lambda light chains in lymphoma diagnosis. Through case-driven examples, participants will learn how this technology improves detection of light-chain restriction in challenging specimens including small biopsies and decalcified bone marrow, helping distinguish reactive from neoplastic B-cell populations and enhance diagnostic confidence.
This workshop only offers in-person attendance, with limited spaces for up to 50 people on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please note that you will need to purchase a separate ticket for this workshop session from the listed modules; you cannot use your conference ticket for the workshop session and vice-versa.
After buying a registration ticket for the workshop, please fill out the following form so we have your information on hand: https://forms.gle/x5Z9SzhwyvAqBKH59

Day 2
Hybrid Conference
Date: Friday 24th April 2026
Venue: The Naim Dangoor Auditorium, The Royal Society of Medicine, 1 Wimpole St, London W1G 0AE
The aim is to discuss blood cancer diagnostics, care and research by bringing together renowned experts from the USA, Italy, France, Germany, Spain and the UK. The 2026 programme will provide in-depth insights into challenging diagnostic gray zones in lymphoma classification, including mediastinal gray zone lymphomas, unusual presentations of follicular and marginal zone lymphomas, and complex cases involving MYC rearrangements and TdT-positive mature B-cell lymphomas. Sessions will cover the molecular and genetic basis of lymphoma development, current approaches to myeloid leukaemia diagnosis from morphology to molecular classification, and updates on new therapies for Hodgkin lymphoma and large B-cell lymphoma management. The conference will also showcase cutting-edge diagnostic innovations including spatial transcriptomics and multiplex technologies.
This event offers a great opportunity for a diverse audience of haematopathologists, clinical haematologists, CNS nurses, researchers, and laypeople to learn, network and develop interdisciplinary collaborations.
Whether attending this event in person or virtually, this is a unique forum for learning about diagnostics, therapeutics, and innovations in haematological malignancies.
This event will be conducted in a hybrid manner; participants may join online and in-person (a limited number of 70 in-person seats are available on a first-come-first-served basis).
There will be a digital poster competition with a prize for the top two posters. Participants are encouraged to make digital poster submissions on the following topics: Use of Molecular Techniques in the Diagnostic Process of Haematological Malignancies, Case Reports, Research in Clinical Haematology and Haematopathology, Novel Technologies.
Posters can be submitted at the following link: https://forms.gle/8aYFAEqHqQ63t7MGA
Please note that you will need to specifically purchase an entry ticket to the conference from the listed modules; you cannot use your educational workshop ticket for entry to the conference and vice-versa.
