Terms of use:

Welcome to the UCLH Charity courses website. This website is owned and operated by UCLH Charity. By using and/or accessing this website, you agree to comply with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this section.
Please also note that we may make changes to the material on this website at any time.

Registration:

A new window will open for on-line booking; the system accepts credit/debit cards only.
Our on-line booking system will issue an automatic receipt for your card payment.
For booking enquiries please contact the individual named as the Contact in the Course Details box on the course page.

Cancellation and refunds:

Cancellations should be received by the Contact named in the on the course page by email and refunds are at the discretion of the relevant course administrator.
Course administrators reserve the right to cancel any event it deems necessary and will, in such event, make a full refund of the registration fee only. UCLH Charity will not be liable for any additional incurred costs (including but not limited to travel, accommodation, visa, etc.).
No liability is assumed by UCLH Charity for changes in programme date, content, speakers or venue.
If a course is cancelled, course fees in respect of the course will be refunded in full.
Participants are responsible for complying with all United Kingdom entry and visa requirements and for obtaining the necessary consents to enable their participation in the course that they have booked. The rejection of a visa or other entry application by the British authorities does not affect the terms set out in these Booking Terms and Conditions and the booker will remain liable for the course fee.

Provision of Courses:

The participant will be solely responsible for determining whether the course they book is sufficient and suitable for their needs. UCLH Charity does not provide any guarantee in respect of the standard of a participant’s abilities on completion of a course.
The participant will provide the course administrators with all information reasonably requested in connection with the course that they book.
Course administrators reserve the right to remove any participant from a course or exclude a participant from the course venue if the behaviour or demeanour of a participant is considered unacceptable.
